This is a placeholder. Replace this document with your real terms before submitting to the App Store. The structure below matches what Apple typically expects for a UGC app.

Acceptance

By using Bound you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher).

Your account

You authenticate with Spotify. You're responsible for keeping your Spotify credentials secure. You can delete your Bound account at any time from Settings.

Your content

• You own what you write (reviews, comments, lists). You grant Bound a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it inside the app.
• You won't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone else's rights.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

Reporting and moderation

Use the report button on any review or reply to flag content. We aim to respond within 24 hours and remove any content that violates these terms.

Music data

Album art, track metadata, and listening data come from Spotify and are governed by Spotify's terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll post the new version here. Continued use means acceptance.
